The Proxidyne Survey Button makes it easy to get feedback from customers. Along with collecting customer feedback, the survey button can trigger a notification to staff based on realtime survey results. For instance, if a customer pressed the dissatisfied button, a push message or radio announcment can be sent to the on duty manager. The audio message is customizable and the system supports business class radios including Kenwood PowerTalk and Motorola CLS series radios.
Included with the hardware is a web service to customize and manage your call buttons, as well as see analytics.
You are purchasing a year subscription to the survey button service and there is no charge for the hardware to get started with the service with a 1 year minimum. After a year, you will need to renew the service to keep the buttons operational as well as retain access to the web service. If you decide not to renew after 1 year, just return the equipment and there is no further commitment.
